Mindful Wilderness trips

The forest bathing immersion is centered around BIPOC individuals in their journey towards reclamation and reconnection to the natural world. These immersions offer opportunity to experience the healing benefits of the natural world through various mindfulness-based forest bathing activities, space to engage in collaborative activities and conversation that build connection with human and more-than-human kin, and naturalist skills that empower your own wiilderness trips in confidence such as how to set up tents, pack a backpacking pack, navigate with and without a compass, start a fire, tie knots, and identify various plants and trees.
