Seasonal Medicine Walk & Skillshare

Have you ever experienced affirmation from the land? Or perhaps you’ve received downloads from your ancestors through the wind kissing the leaves? Do you find that in the fall you become more nostalgic? Thinking deeply about your past with questions on how to heal and move forward? Perhaps in the summer you tap into the energy of your body and fire inside of you, and you find that you are fully present with what your body is capable of and what brings you pleasure? And these things come naturally to you as your body moves with the seasons?

Nature is a mirror of who we are, and who we are yet to be. When we have the space to learn how to attune, intuit, and trust the guidance of a passing chipmunk, the sign of an elk rubbing their antlers, or the clap of a thunderstrike we begin to understand the inner workings of ourselves. We begin our journey towards wholeness and authenticity. When we come together and we are witnessed in telling these stories we may find that others reflect a deeper understanding of nature’s wisdom for our journey.

This monthly gathering is intended to provide a space where we explore what it means to truly find wholeness and authenticity when we turn to the land for support and are witnessed in the process of interpreting our experiences. Each gathering will end with a potluck and skillshare.
